REQUIREMENTS

Those proposing grants from the Peyton Anderson Foundation must be organizations that hold CURRENT valid letters of qualification from the Internal Revenue Service showing that they are qualified as Section 501(c)(3) organizations and that they are NOT private foundations.  Grants may not be made to individuals under the terms of the trust. Priority will be given to the award of grants that will be expended in, and are for the benefit of, Macon and Bibb County, Georgia.  The Trustees prefer to make grants only to those organizations having a substantial presence in Bibb County, Georgia.
